Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms before using this website, applying for a cohort, or enrolling in a Bizflix Training programme.
1. About Bizflix Training
Bizflix Training provides AI education, cohort-based training, mentoring, project-based learning, and related admissions support through this website and associated communication channels.
2. Use of this website
You may use this website to explore the programme, review curriculum and pricing information, contact admissions, and submit an application. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false or misleading information.
3. Applications and admissions
Submitting an application does not guarantee enrolment. Admissions decisions may depend on cohort availability, learner fit, payment confirmation, and operational capacity. We may contact you by email, phone, or WhatsApp using the details you provide.
4. Programme information
We aim to keep curriculum, schedules, pricing, tools, and outcomes accurate. However, AI tools and market conditions change quickly, so programme content may be updated to remain current and practical. Any material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
5. Fees, deposits, and payment plans
Programme fees, early-bird offers, deposits, and instalment options are shown on the pricing page or confirmed by admissions. Your seat may only be reserved once the required payment or deposit is received. Payment plan eligibility and timelines may vary by cohort.
6. Refunds and cancellations
Refund or cancellation terms will be confirmed during enrolment or in your payment confirmation. If a published guarantee applies to your cohort, the specific conditions, deadline, and refund process will be explained before payment is completed.
7. Learner responsibilities
You are responsible for attending sessions, completing assigned work, maintaining respectful conduct, and using third-party AI tools lawfully. We may remove access for abusive behaviour, misuse of materials, or activity that disrupts the learning environment.
8. Intellectual property
Bizflix Training materials, templates, recordings, slides, exercises, and curriculum assets are provided for your personal learning use. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or package our materials as your own training product without written permission.
9. Learner projects and showcase use
You own the original projects you create, subject to any third-party tool terms or assets you use. With your permission, we may feature selected learner work, testimonials, or project summaries on our website, showcase pages, or marketing materials.
10. Third-party tools
The programme may reference or use third-party platforms such as AI tools, automation platforms, coding tools, payment providers, or communication apps. Those services are governed by their own terms and may change independently of Bizflix Training.
11. No guaranteed outcomes
We provide training, mentoring, structure, and project support, but we do not guarantee employment, revenue, funding, promotion, or any specific commercial result. Outcomes depend on your effort, background, market conditions, and external factors.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bizflix Training is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the website, programme, third-party tools, or learner projects.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the website or programme after updates means you accept the revised terms.
14. Contact
